Shipping & Returns


Non-Furniture Items - Delivery within the U.K and Europe has a standard rate of £6 per shipment and will be sent out by Royal Mail First Class Post or our Courier Interparcel, once payment has been received. We will inform you about your purchase throughout the transaction, sending a Tracking Code if necessary. If you have any questions please contact us at the email address below or phone and an advisor will be happy to deal with your enquiry.

Furniture Items and Delivery Overseas - These deliveries are subject to additional charges according to location and country. We use a courier that keeps costs down by collecting various pieces at one time, delivery in the U.K is often in the region of £50 or less. If you need an urgent delivery then please contact us. Please make sure that furniture can fit through doorways prior to delivery, it is always better to check before!

Returns must reach us within 30 days to be refunded. Please email us about the item and post it in its original packaging, labelled 'Return' to

Please note that refunds are made for the product themselves and not for the delivery. Returns that are undamaged but returned due to the item no longer being needed are subject to a 10% charge.
